What you will be doing:
What We Need To See:
Own the day-to-day strategy and execution of the Marketo Instance with a focus on lead management, database health.
Define and build target audiences and segments to guide campaign and nurture strategy
Collaborate with campaigns, creative and revenue operations teams to continuously optimize processes to scale execution and drive revenue positive programs.
Establish and provide ongoing analytics on database health and campaign performance.
Configure, execute, and QA campaigns, workflows and data issues
Expertise in Marketo with a strong understanding of database structure, data hygiene, and analytics (Marketo Certification a plus)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience
Knowledge about email compliance best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)
Experience designing and execution complex nurture campaigns and methods to optimize deliverability
Background using Marketo with third party integrations such as On24, Drift, AEM etc.
SFDC experience or SQL experience is a plus
