NVIDIA has an opportunity for a Compliance Specialist to join our HR Global Compliance and Immigration team. In this role you will support both U.S. and International compliance programs. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of current HR Compliance and Immigration requirements and remain abreast on new developments. You will serve as the main point of contact for managers, new hires, recruiters, existing employees, and the HR team on all HR compliance matters.
What You’ll be Doing
What we need to see:
Administer HR compliance programs including, clearing new hires, Background Checks, workers compliance, EEO Reporting, background checks, and I-9 compliance.
Routinely engage with internal legal teams and external vendors on government requirements for abovementioned programs.
Craft internal guidelines, procedures, and communication for compliance programs.
Serve as a subject matter expert on I-9/E-Verify compliance, deliver internal training on I-9 and audit weekly I-9s for new hires.
Coordinate and maintain EEO reporting in accordance with established deadlines.
T rack appropriate Government Contract clearance.
Understanding of Data Privacy and GDPR regulations a bonus.

4-5 years of HR/Compliance experience.
