We are looking for Failure Analysis Product Engineer
in Santa Clara.

What you'll be doing:
What we need to see:
Work on NVIDIA flagship server systems in NPI and production.
Collaborate with different teams (including Customer Support, Marketing, Engineering, Quality, Reliability).
Designing and improving factory test plans (to improve coverage, time, cost, and yield).
Drive yield improvement, and fix the failure pareto.
Manage Failure Analysis of field and production failures.
Make DFM/DFT recommendations to the design teams.
Direct our local and overseas manufacturing teams to transition new products to factories.
Regularly report product status and recommend improvements to management.
Build expertise on production of server products.
5+ years or more of experience in the server and electronic industry with exposure to development of system (hardware/software) and data analysis.
5 years or more of server hardware design experience.
A minimum of B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Electrical/Computer engineering or Computer Science.
Experience in server production activities including failure analysis, problem solving and ECOs.
Knowledge of server architecture, design, components, sub-assemblies and systems.
Knowledge of mechanical tolerancing.
Good communication skills with global teams and functional groups.
Experience with system test development: hardware and software.
Background with data and yield analysis.
English fluency – both verbal and written.
Mandarin fluency is desirable.
