Developer Relations Manager, Consumer Internet Service Provider

We are looking for a hardworking Developer Relations Account Manager to join our growing Consumer Internet Service Provider (CRISP) Team.
This individual will drive strategic; sophisticated technical engagements to increase adoption of NVIDIA solutions in a key market with industry leaders such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Salesforce and many others. In this role you'll work closely with customers at the forefront of solving some of the most meaningful problems relating to AI at scale. As a DevRel, you will be a thought-leader inside the team, an enthusiast of NVIDIA technology to the community and a trusted partner to the customer; helping them realize and implement their AI strategy. This role requires technical competence and leadership skills to function optimally across internal and external teams in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual that can encourage our customers and help them achieve their vision. Candidates should have existing knowledge of GPU-accelerated computing, including Training and Inference models as well as a general understanding of the traditional software and hardware architectures often deployed in this market.
What you’ll be doing:

  • Participate in targeted customer activity and industry developer events.

  • Establish relationships with key customers, promote our AI leadership to developer and data science teams by demonstrating our outstanding value.

  • Become the authority on NVIDIA technology and act as the focal point for customer engagement activity that requires technical expertise.

  • Regular partnering with field account teams on their strategy and action plan to successfully drive NVIDIA solutions into customer production deployments.

  • Develop customer success stories, hands-on webinars and other related demand generation materials that increase awareness and visibility to our value proposition.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum of 10+ years of related experience.

  • Fluent understanding of GPU technology and how it relates to AI/Deep Learning frameworks including Tensorflow, PyTorch and related architectures.

  • Ability to set clear objectives and work independently to achieve these outcomes.

  • Possess the ability to influence and persuade others to arrive at a desired outcome.

  • Exhibit superior communication skills (verbal and written) and demonstrate the capability to successfully represent NVIDIA externally.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Master's degree or PhD is preferred.

  • Excellent social, organizational, planning and time-management skills.

  • Be a true self-starter with a dedication to excellence, including a passion for continuous learning and helping others achieve their goals.

  • History working for a leading AI company or experience working on a team responsible for deployment of AI/ML/DL workloads at scale in a commercial environment.
