The AI Platform team at Microsoft is looking for a senior product leader for Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft's ML platform for machine learning and AI professionals. Our team builds the ML platform that trains and inferences some of the most demanding workloads at Microsoft like Office and Turing, 17.5B parameter natural language model, and at our customers. Responsibilities
We're looking for a product lead who can outline and execute the vision for how we achieve hyperscale growth for one of the most complex sets of workloads on earth. Someone who has demonstrated strong customer obsession and the ability to create clarity in highly ambiguous situations. Someone who can create consensus for a product path that optimizes for our objective of being the best ML platform in the world. Someone who can help present the public face of ML at Microsoft

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Program or Product Management experience.
  • 1+ years managing a team of 3+ program managers, product managers, or engineers.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and shipping complex products for developers, ML professionals, or similar.
  • 1+ years of experience in machine learning and/or AI.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience creating solutions using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience writing Python, particularly for machine learning.
  • Experience with ML platforms.
  • Effective at driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross-team programs.
  • Ability tobuildeffectiverelationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills for aglobalaudience.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and detail oriented.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
