This position is critical to Total Rewards mission by enhancing our equal pay principle across our compensation programs while ensuring privacy, security, and regulatory adherence. Responsibilities
  • Creates principles that guide the design and adaption of a large-scale or complex compensation programs. Performs deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of current compensation programs and potential impacts of alternative programs to identify gaps in program design.
  • Acts as a thought leader for a specialty area in compensation program implementation. Develops change and readiness plans. Leads or participates in key phases of the process (e.g., annual salary planning).
  • Coaches and suggests modifications to implementation project plans developed by their team. Provides guidance and supports key compensation activities that are led by HRBP (e.g., quote attainment analysis, plan communication, special stock, rewards, annual compensation activities).
  • Interacts with internal and external advisors (e.g., Legal, Diversity & Inclusion, external survey vendors) to anticipate implications of compensation change and readiness plans. Synthesizes and incorporates guidance from advisors to implement programs within appropriate parameters.
  • Makes recommendations to align programs with compensation guidelines, market competitiveness, and global business strategy. Applies company policies and procedures to execute compensation processes and practices and report information. Identifies control measures and governance needs and helps design governance and compliance processes.
  • Develops onboarding and training materials to educate HR partners on compensation programs, policies, and practices. May deliver training to audiences across the organization and to internal partners (e.g., HR Consulting, HRBP, Global Talent Acquisition, University Recruitment).

Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years general HR experience or other related work experience

OR 6+ years directly related compensation work experience
OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 5+ years related work experience.
