Join us - we are seeking a Partner Marketing Advisor for Microsoft Federal to help shape, design and orchestrate execution for Go-To-Market programs across the Federal government. This role will be responsible for bringing Federally-focused motions to life through our extensive partner community. You will collaborate across stakeholder organizations to build awareness for and integrate federal priorities throughout the partner ecosystem, planning jointly and aligning on strategy, and executing co-marketing events and initiatives. The goals for the Federal Partner Market Advisor involve providing an effective, simplified and consistent programmatic engagement approach to accelerate and maximize impact of how we take partner offers to market and sell together to federal customers.
Responsibilities

We are hiring a high energy Partner Marketing Advisor whose main responsibilities include:
  • Shaping, designing and orchestrating Microsoft Federal Partner Go-To-Market programs across the Federal government;
  • Bringing Federally-focused motions and priorities to life through the partner ecosystem, planning jointly and aligning on strategy, and executing co-marketing events and initiatives;
  • Serving as primary thought leader on innovative ways to equip, leverage, and enable Partner onboarding and sales and technical enablement strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant:
  • Provide visibility to relevant Microsoft marketing roadmaps for strategic synergies
  • Drive awareness and usage of Microsoft partner marketing programs and offers
  • Advise and track compliant and effective use of co-op funding
  • Provide access, guidance on usage, and tracking for MDF budget, if available
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field (MBA a plus) or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 Years Experience working in Federal Technology industry.
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills in order to interact with multiple potential stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high demand environments.
  • Maintain good attitude and show flexibility in changing circumstances.
  • Successfully collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Strong program management skills involving multiple internal and external partners.
  • Strong customer-focus and attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence key decision makers.
  • Strong executive presence.

US Citizenship:
The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements.
Cloud Screening: Candidates must be able to successfully complete and pass a Microsoft Cloud background screening. Required Cloud Screenings will be administered on a recurring bi-annual basis.
