We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to define our field and partner strategy and optimize the resources available to deliver on our growth aspirations. This leadership role will have a significant part in the strategy of how we go to market, run the business, and enable our field teams to deliver on results, plus a high level of influence around our team culture and our focus around diversity and inclusion to make Surface the best place to work. As part of this role, you will work closely with Sales, Finance, Field, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Planning, and a few other key stakeholders. This role will report directly to the WW Surface Commercial Marketing Lead. Responsibilities
People Management

Business Management
  • Lead the planning and investment strategy for the fiscal year
  • Lead the engagement and creation of a marketing community with the field resources
  • Be the voice of the business in all thing performance and rhythm of the business (ROB) and take corrective business actions where needed
  • Define and land the WW channel marketing strategy
  • Lead the engagement with business planning by bringing field, customer and partner insights to define new product needs, pricing and market coverage
  • Optimize usage of resources available in the business across segments to deliver the expected business results
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must be dynamic, passionate, self-motivated, confident in working with senior leaders and comfortable in a matrix organization. They need to be able to gain the trust and confidence of the stakeholders across the organization and be a visible leader who can drive results through influencing the work of others. The candidate must a capable manager who embraces the value of diversity and creates an empowering and inclusive environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience working cross solution areas/organizations and with a strong ability to build lasting partnerships. The candidate should have deep understanding of a wide range of audiences from Field Marketing, Sales and Channel.
  • Experience working directly with senior executives.
  • Experience tracking and running a business.
  • Experience in partnering closely with Engineering
  • Management experience required
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing, sales or channel (not necessarily hardware) roles is preferred
  • Field Experience is preferred
  • Excellent internal and external communications skills are required (written, verbal/presentation)
  • Candidate must have strong communication (oral, written, presentation), analytical, and problem-solving skills, be action-oriented, customer focused, be prepared to manage change, have solid planning and organizational skills with demonstrated execution excellence.
  • Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.
