The Commerce + Ecosystems engineering team (C+E) develops Microsoft’s large scale and business-critical backbone services to empower e-commerce for Microsoft products and services, including Azure, Office 365, Microsoft 365, Xbox, Microsoft Online Store, Bing Ads and Windows 10 Store. As part of Microsoft’s C+E Division, the Commerce Customer Engagement & Enablement (CCEE) team engages and supports our customers to help us ensure we are always delivering world class Commerce experiences that land value across the board.
As part of the CCEE team, you will be engaged with professionals spanning technical program management, development to customer support escalation specialists and work closely with customers of all sizes and types to help drive success and global impact.

As a business program manager, you will be responsible for defining success and strategy across our most strategic commerce initiatives and driving business excellence across the CCEE team to ensure our collective success. Responsibilities
As a Business Program Manager your responsibilities will flex across the following core responsibilities as needed:
  • Define, Lead and land strategic commerce programs with results that delight our customers and land with predictable and measurable success
  • Drive cross company collaboration and alignment on customer and engineering imperatives
  • Help define the Customer Experience Strategy to ensure we deliver success to our customers and deliver on our OKR’s
  • Drive customer priorities with urgency and in partnership with various teams across Microsoft
The ideal candidate should be a structured and critical thinking leader, with experience driving program execution for high profile initiatives. The candidate should have a strong business background, building and leading V- teams, and building operational frameworks against measurable outcomes and metrics (familiarity or experience working with OKRs).

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or equivalent program or business management environment
  • Expert Project Manager. Experience managing multiple complex projects on timelines.
  • Clear, concise communicator. Experience managing communications to wide audiences on various mediums.
  • Proven Leader. Experience bringing ideas to fruition and leading teams towards a common goal.
  • Organized, fast-paced executor. Experience bringing clarity to ambiguity with little oversight.
  • Proven analytical skills. Experience developing frameworks, using data to guide our strategy.
  • Change Management. Experience leading initiatives involving organizational transformations.
  • BA/MBA or Master’s degree in management, technical, or engineering field
  • Customer Experience a plus
  • PMP or project certifications
