Within the Data & Services organization, the Advisors organization is focused on creating and delivering superior Analytics, Insights, Test & Learn and Consulting products and services. The Product Management teams are accountable for the full P&L of the products and the Delivery teams ensure that all projects and programs are efficiently and successfully completed.

This role is responsible for:
o Development and ongoing management of the product
o Product vision, strategy, and translation into product roadmap
o Interviewing end users, analyzing market trends, and analyzing competitive landscape to and defining target customer and value proposition
o Identifying necessary product features and investments based on customer needs
o Product commercial strategy including business case, product profitability, and forecasting
o Leading product development with technology team, including build/buy/partner analysis
o Working with marketing, sales, and delivery functions to define go-to-market strategy, define delivery strategy, and acquire and engage customers
o Managing communications with external customers and internal teams
o Interfacing with internal stakeholders to ensure readiness: Marketing, LFI, Data Strategy, pricing teams etc.

o Ensure all critical KPIs are met or exceeded including:
o Product P&L
o Scalability (number of scalable projects globally)
o Contribution to regional Mastercard goals
All About You
o Experience with Product P&L management
o Experience with payments industry and understanding of analytics related to card spend, credit risk, consumer marketing, customer acquisition
o Experience with big data analytics, predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms is desired
o Strong project management skills
o Experience effectively leading teams
o Desire to roll up sleeves and make direct contributions
o Strong collaboration and ability to partner effectively with virtual, fast-paced teams
o Interest in technology and desire to apply technology to solve problems
o Strong communicator
o Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives
o Knowledge of the financial services industry, ideally including both retail banking and payments
o Previous top consulting background strongly preferred
o Bachelor’s degree required
