Klarna is looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager to join our Co-Marketing team in New York City and support the US! Responsibilities:
    • Serve as a lead on the co-marketing support team
    • Spearhead multi-merchant marketing campaigns that drive mutual value for Klarna and merchant partners
    • Concept, develop, and execute integrated marketing plans across owned, paid and earned channels (Klarna and merchant)
    • Work closely with media and creative agency partners to manage the project, scope and timelines
    • Collaborate internally with broader marketing teams and cross functional teams to drive a holistic success plan
    • Synthesize data to optimize strategy and campaign execution
    • Plan, track and manage program budgets
Experience:
    • 8+ years experience in marketing, partnerships, brand experience preferred
    • A proven track record leading complex projects cross-functionally
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relations both inside and outside Klarna
    • Start with data, lead with insights approach to measurement and analytics
    • Experience successfully navigating a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
    • Agency experience is a plus
    • Retail experience is preferred - thinking like a retailer will be crucial to lead and plan marketing with our merchants
