We are looking for a senior compensation and benefits manager located in Stockholm or Berlin. You would be responsible for setting Klarna's global reward policy and structure as well as executing it. You will be in charge of the yearly compensation processes, benefit programs and local customizations to account for cultural and market differences. Your responsibilities include key compensation initiatives such as compensation strategy re-design and implementation, market benchmarking, job architecture and salary surveys to name a few.
