We are currently looking to grow our US legal team to satisfy the company’s ever increasing need for legal innovation in all parts of the business, covering commercial, consumer, corporate, regulatory and privacy law.
We are now in particular looking for a passionate and energetic paralegal who thrives in a creative, fast-paced work environment. As a dedicated paralegal for the go-to-market (GtM) teams in the US, you will be part of a tight knit legal team, working closely with the business and GtM attorneys. The role requires someone who is a self-starter, flexible, and willing to jump in wherever needed. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about FinTech and is keen to move into a role which offers variety, with great prospects to grow and develop within the organization. Responsibilities:
    • Under the supervision of an attorney, assist on preparation of legal documents including: commercial contracts, addendum, and amendments
    • Review NDAs
    • Contract/template management and governance
    • Take initial review of external parties’ redlines
    • Perform research in internal and external databases and libraries
    • Partner and coordinate with internal resources and external resources
    • Create training content and conduct training for GtM and support teams
    • Support GtM US attorneys with a variety of other matters
    • Minimum 5 years experience as a paralegal or equivalent
    • In-house experience a plus
    • Paralegal certificate (preferred)
    • Ability to interact effectively with other parts of the business, including senior business management and other attorneys
    • Ability to make decisions collaboratively based on thoughtful analysis
    • Excellent communication/writing skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
    • Open minded, sense of humor and willingness to learn
