Klarna’s multiple teams include: Fraud Detection, Fraud Loss Prevention, Compliance Operations, Access Support
. Each team performs slightly different tasks, which will be outlined below.
What you could be doing:
In order to be successful at Klarna we believe that you will have:
- As a Compliance Operations Specialist you will perform sanctions, AML, and CTF reviews and investigations for Klarna's products in the US and Canada. You will identify, prevent and monitor high risk transactions in relation to financial crimes.
As a Fraud Detection Specialist you will be responsible for performing fraud reviews and investigations of high risk transactions across a range of Klarna products in the US market.
As an Access Support Specialist you will assist in a wide range of tasks related to access management (managing application access related processes). You will primarily communicate through an open and engaging manner via chat and Google Hangout and based on tickets.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written (to assist merchants, consumers, customers, internal stakeholders)
A collaborative and adaptable personality to face Klarna’s incredible growth, and turn challenges into success by utilizing time management skills
A desire for working in a fast pace and high volume operational role and can excel in a technical environment.
