Program Manager, Retailer Marketing

Instacart's mission is to create a world where everyone has access to the food they love and more time to enjoy it together. To achieve this mission, we partner very closely with 600+ retailer partners on many initiatives so that they can achieve their core objectives.
  • Develops, oversees and optimizes how the account and sales teams work with Instacart's marketing team and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Business Development leaders, account owners, and the marketing teams to align on goals and priorities when creating retailer marketing guidebooks
  • Programmatize how retailer account owners work with partners
  • Create retailer-facing sales collateral
  • Project manage many simultaneous workstreams, approvals, and meet multiple deadlines
  • Track forecasts, targets, budgets against retailer plans
  • Represent proposed strategies to multiple stakeholders including, but not limited to account leadership, marketing stakeholders and other internal executives

  • 5+ years of relevant experience managing complex cross-functional programs/projects
  • Strong cross group collaborator; ability to communicate effectively with Sales Leadership, Marketing and external partners
  • Strong program and project toolkit
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: can create client-facing materials to support effective communications and able to engage retailers directly
  • PMP or other relevant certification is an asset but not required
