OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic sales person to join Instacart's Specialized Customer Support (SCS) Ads Specialist team. This is a dedicated program that will be focused on growing advertisers on Instacart's cost-per-click contact (CPC) self-serve ad product, featured products . The program is designed to introduce and build sales skills, while preparing team members for the next steps in their careers.
ABOUT THE JOB
You will complete process based work throughout the sales pipeline, qualifying leads and ensuring successful launches. You will also compile account optimization recommendations to help advertisers hit their goals.
  • Support all aspects of the sales cycle and active business
  • Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work
  • Support inbound advertiser demand throughout the on-boarding process from registration through campaign creation
  • Learn to Initiate prospecting and lead generation activities
  • Maintain a high daily volume of activity including emails
  • Utilize sales CRM tools to track activity
  • Analyze account performance against key metrics to identify and recommend optimization
  • Generate campaign reports and monthly / quarterly reviews
  • Meet all deliverables on time, including input metrics and training sessions

They need to be good with data, well organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be measured on key metrics aligned to the Emerging team's goals.
