Your Role and Responsibilities
As Tools Lead, you will play a key role in Develop & Course Correct (Improve) Squad/Account/Tribe Level Metrics Dashboard as per the Account/Market requirements.Responsibilities:
  • Develop the Integration plan, timelines and track the transformation status of the Account/Squad on the IBM Blue sight.
  • Identify and develop risk & compliance model to match the new way of working.
  • Prepare the Mitigation Plan for Market Account Transformation
  • Document, Prepare, Review and submit the Business case for NEW Feature/requirement to cater the Market/Account demands to the IS AP - Tool Leader.
  • Explore & develop the other possibilities to integrate the customer non-compatible ticketing tool
  • Strong experience in developing the reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos Analytics.
  • Develop & Course Correct (Improve) Squad/Account/Tribe Level Metrics Dashboard as per the Account/Market requirements.
  • Extract and prepare the data from the relevant data sources and run the reports in timely manners.
  • Conduct training session with the Agile Champions/Account/Squad to educate on IS AP Adopted Agile Tools such as (BS, BlueWorks, Mural, CA, ATMA, VSM)
  • Document the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) or Cookbook for the BAU Team for each Market Cut-over on Tools (Blue sight & Cognos).
  • Held responsible to resolve any dependencies or challenges during account transformation journey.
  • Financial model – budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to align with the new model (once squads are fully functioning)
  • Attend Market and Geo Specific Agile Ceremonies.
  • Possess Leadership qualities to drive and deliver the OKR (KPI) per Quarter for all APAC Markets.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Good Knowledge on Agile Methodologies & Frameworks such as Scrum.
  • Good Understanding of IT Service Management System (IPCR Ticketing Tools) Such as Service NOW (SNOW), IBM Maximo & BMC Remedy.
  • Good understanding of Demand Management Model - How Workflows to the teams.
  • Good Understanding of Supply Management Model - How Supply is tuned to Demand.
  • Experience in SQL & NoSQL Databases and Know to write efficient Queries.
  • Experience in Python Scripting Language.
  • Strong Understanding in Web Service Technologies such as API, REST, SOAP, WSDL, XML, JSON & HTTP/S.
  • Strong Understanding and experience dealing with different data format such as CSV, ASCII, JSON, Document Type and xlsx.
  • Exposure to Cloud Environment such as IBM Cloud Pak or AWS or Azure.
  • Familiar with the Data regulation protect act/law such as GDPR & PDPA.
  • Sound expertise on IBM Agile Tool - Blue sight and able to respond/clarify users (Account DPE/SIL/FLL/SLL) doubts related to tool and integration.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Good Knowledge on Agile Methodologies & Frameworks such as Scrum.
  • Completed IBM Agile Training Modules : Agile Explorer.
  • Positive attitude with an interest in Agile (experience with agile methodologies a plus).
  • Time to work with Agile Core team to assist with program rollout.
  • Knowledge of Service Management tools (SNOW, Remedy, Maximo ) to assist with Bluesight integration.
  • Strong network to track down information quickly from DPE community.
  • Strong client service focus and willingness to respond to queries and provide deliverables within prompt time-frames.
