Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
  • Lead multiple projects or lead to implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities including articulating, analyzing requirements and translating them into effective solutions
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
  • Experience in leading requirements workshops, designing Solution Blueprints and getting Customer sign offs on deliverables
  • Experience in working with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 4 -6 plus years of SAP Customer Relationship Management experience
  • 2 plus years of experience with SAP CRM B2B/B2C ISA/WCEM, Mobile, CIC Customer Interaction Center, WebUI
  • Expertise in SAP CRM end to end Lead to Cash process including Marketing, Sales and Service and Internet Pricing Configuration (IPC)/SSC
  • Extensive experience in SAP CRM Middleware, integration with non-SAP systems through Web-services, Web-Methods or using SAP PO / CPI or any other middleware
  • Performed detail system analysis, develop functional and technical specifications

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • SAP CRM – Certification preferred
  • Expertise in handling migration projects to SAP CRM or S/4HANA for Customer Management
  • Understand Technical architecture and code base
  • Loyalty Management, Incentive and Commission Management, Partner Channel Management, Trade Promotion Management.
