Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Operations Management. Materially participating in general operational activities that support the Business Consulting competency and the broader business operations.
    • Recruitment Support:
      • Working with recruiters on talent acquisition
      • Providing candidate feedback in JazzHR and supporting systems
      • Ongoing training of direct reports in interview processes
      • Participation in hiring decision and offer processes
    • Resource Management:
      • Managing utilization and forecasting data
      • Maintenance of resource skill, location, and assignment data
      • Participation in staffing decision and placement processes
  • Talent Management. Directly supervising one or more Business Analysts and Business Architects while sharing accountability for their direct reports’ performance and retention.
    • Performance Management:
      • Providing ongoing feedback and coaching
      • Supporting MBO achievement
      • Inspecting deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to standards
    • Career Development:
      • Conducting regular 1:1 meetings
      • Maintain career pathing documentation and activities
      • Sharing career ambitions upstream and sharing opportunities downstream
  • Business Analysis & Architecture. Serves as a liaison between technical teams, functional teams, and business stakeholders as the owner of the business solution.
    • Facilitates discussions with customer in order to understand the broader business objectives.
    • Assists in the resolution of pain points and gaps using industry best practices.
    • Leads collaboration efforts with the broader delivery team on the development of future state solutions, business process flows, wireframes, system context diagrams, and supporting documentation.
    • Creates and manages business and technology capabilities.
    • Aligns capabilities to broader strategic and tactical business objectives.
    • Supports the broader delivery team in the execution of solution demonstrations, change management, quality assurance, and post launch support.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Technology and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in a technology consulting/services environment. Salesforce ecosystem preferred.
  • 1 to 3+ years of supervising people with multiple direct reports.
  • Experience delivering technology-based consulting services to enterprise customers
  • Experience interacting with senior leadership internally and in client facing interactions
  • Experience with process improvement, change management, and organizational transformation projects.
  • Experience with technology solutions, software development life cycle (i.e. SDLC), and service delivery.
  • Expertise with the Salesforce platform (i.e. Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.). Multiple Salesforce Certifications highly desired.
  • Great consulting, problem solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Great interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Collaborative and consultative work style.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google G-Suite or Microsoft Office.
  • Travel requirements are in the range of 25-50%.
