Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for Solution Line Reps (SLR) in Germany. As Sales Manager you and your team are the opportunity owner with the objective to get the opportunities signed.
  • You are taking leadership of the engagement team and you and your team are leading the solution-based conversations with the clients
  • You develop and close identified opportunities
  • You create and develop a value proposition which is tailored to the client‘s needs and designed to meet the client‘s budget.
  • You are working in a highly international environment over an extended period of time
  • You progress newly identified opportunities, focusing on innovation and on-demand business, develop solution strategies, and engage in consultative solution selling, involving business partners and influencers as appropriate.
  • You are integrating our portfolio in front of the client and plan, facilitate, and/or conduct complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments. Especially in regards to Kyndryl, this will be a key role as we are looking for establishing a relationship sales organization for our key customers.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • German & English: business fluent
  • Excellent communications and analytical skills, ability to work both in teams and independently
  • Excellent skills in presentation technique and client interaction
  • Excellent consultative selling skills (proven by programs such as Global Sales School, negotiation training's preferred)
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Relationship Sales experience (Portfolio)
  • Proven track record in archiving business goals
  • Strategic account planning and execution
  • Proven track record of establish C-Level relationships
  • Sales attitude / can-do-attitude
  • Manage complex sales engagements
  • Solution knowledge in our portfolio containing Cloud & Infrastructure, Cloud Apps, Security & Resiliency and Network

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Experience in the industry "banking", "public" and "CSI" or related industry preferable
  • Manager position - experience 5 years
  • Foundational technical skills: Hybrid-/Multicloud, Cloud (IaaS, PaaS)
  • Understanding of Kyndryl portfolio and capabilities and experiences in positioning the portfolio at clients
