Executive Integration Lead

Your Role and Responsibilities
The role of the Executive Integration Lead (EIL) is to provide a signature onboarding experience to newly hired executives across and geos and business units and to support, coach and plan their integration during the critical first year. In this role, the EIL is responsible to coordinate all pre-onboarding activities according to the Executive Onboarding process.
Task and Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate with our Executive Search recruiters and operations teams on regular candidate pipeline reports in advance of onboarding planning.
  • Create and manage new hire’s assets and deliverables such as requesting welcome packs, build customized onboarding guidance materials and outreach to new hire pre-onboarding.
  • Hold briefing calls with the Executive Enablement support team (Hiring Executive, HR Partners, Executive Coaches, Executive Admin. Assistant) prior to onboarding to enable them to appropriately support the new executive and obtain input to customize their first days and Integration Guides according to the new executive’s organization.
  • Collaborate with the relevant support teams (e.g. IT, Global Admin, Delivery) to ensure timely laptop & ID provisioning, allocation of admin assistant, enrollments into ExecStart onboarding program for Executives, creation of integration guide prior to onboarding.
  • Reach out to the executive prior to onboarding date and follow up during to ensure successful onboarding and connect on first week to review the overall program roadmap and overview.
  • Conduct regular status point calls with the new executive, hiring manager and transition partners (peer of new exec) to monitor learning progress, share and obtain feedback on the executive and overall program. Track integration progress and proactively address challenges as needed for 1 year.
  • Provide support to the new executive as needed, help resolve issues where possible or help connect the executive to subject matter experts as applicable.
  • Coach executive hires on how to navigate the organization and how to leverage their strengths to execute their strategy, build impactful relationships and drive culture forward.
  • Data integrity - Maintain a weekly report for candidate pipeline and status, provide updates in weekly status calls with Manager, provide ad hoc support as required.
  • Attend and update status of candidates in process for regular Business Unit cadence calls
  • Engage with HR leaders for updates and to address issues & concerns regarding all areas of program deployment (e.g. guide content, technical issues, reporting, concerns raised by new executives and/or enablement team members, etc.) with Manager and other relevant parties (e.g. Executive Hiring Manager, HRP, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Leadership Development and Learning teams to enhance the onboarding process, drive process and program enhancements as appropriate.
Apply creativity to solve for complex challenges and to enhance the candidate experience.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Excellent communication skills; experience with communication at executive level essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, & PowerPoint, with advanced attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to gather and analyze information and problem-solve to reach a meaningful conclusion
  • Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment and other HR processes
  • Team player, demonstrate initiative and proactive thinking outside of the box skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
