Required Technical and Professional Expertise
o Establishing and managing UX design standards libraries
o Using standards over creating novel interactions and UI.
o Designing shipped Responsive web, and native mobile and tablet apps for iOS and Android that adhere to Apple GUID and Material Design guidelines respectively.
o Researching user needs and meeting them in finished product
o Validating approaches with user experience testing.
o Defining and communicating user processes and flows
o Defining and communicating Interaction patterns (Prototyping)
o Architecting Information – sorting, categorizing, formatting, ordering, chunking.
o Providing detailed visual specs.
o Advocating design in business, product, and organizational spheres.
o Applying UX design conventions appropriately.
o Giving constructive, substantiated design feedback.
o Presenting design as a conversation vs an edict.
