Your Role and Responsibilities
As financial services sector leader, you will lead the ongoing identification, development and assessment of business opportunities selected based on proactive market screening, targeting and business analysis, You will be an accomplished Business Sales & Delivery Executive leading the delivery of sector projects and responsible for Customer success.
Your unique role will drive success and determine where to compete, how to differentiate, and how to innovate business models and technology platforms by taking advantage of new digital technologies. You will be an accomplished Business Sales & Delivery Executive, drive IBMs consistent growth by bringing to the table your business development, sales, account management experience and provide executive level banking subject matter expertise and own the opportunity and work collaboratively with other teams across IBM and with partners.
You will develop positive, trusted relationships with our clients at C-Suite in order to identify, validate and shape new opportunities in the financial services sector. You will be an executive role model for and develop our emerging talent. You will successfully negotiate, close and deliver what you have sold and be accountable for your portfolio including customer satisfaction, market share, profit and revenue. You will also demonstrate your industry eminence – speaking at events / conferences; write whitepapers.
In this role you will:
  • Maximize growth for IBM Global Business Services (GBS) through new business signings, revenue, and profit from the banking industry
  • Advise customer based on your deep industry expertise in digital banking
  • Show Strong Industry Expertise in Banking digital transformation with
deep knowledge in a specific domain, Risk & Compliance, payments,
KYC, security, fraud, etc.
  • Exceptional ability to understand our clients’ needs and articulate complex business issues and solution with technology
  • A strategic mindset, goal oriented, forging deals and building sustainable revenue.
  • Build, grow, and steward client relationships. Assist in client satisfaction and maintaining a strong client relationship through delivery excellence
  • Responsible to shape deals and to lead the team to prepare proposals to clients and initial selling of the offering
  • Banking SME with excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of business / functional architecture, experience not only for sales but for delivery of core bankingtransformations, core banking solutions implementation, Automation and Intelligent Automation

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 10+ years of experience in banking transformation
  • Deep knowledge of different aspects of the Egyptian banking Industry including market structure,key business drivers,competitive landscape,current trends,regulatory environment,key innovations in the market place etc.
  • Proven experience with current technical market trends,including Cloud,Cognitive,Digital and Microservices/APIs
  • Min. 5 years of exp. in business development and sales of implementation services to C-suite executives
  • Min. 4 years of exp. in delivery of complex consulting services projects within the Financial Services Industry
  • Clear evidence of ability to develop new business,shape value-led business propositions in Banking industry and shaping contractual agreements in financial services industry
  • Excellent communication,negotiations and interpersonal skills in dealing with internal stakeholders and ability to build strong relationship and network in Financial Services sector both with customers and partners
