Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Associate Partner within the Industrial Market at IBM which contains clients across industry segment.
You will demonstrate thought leadership, as well as sales and delivery leadership in the Industrial Market. Our Associate Partner drives signings and revenue to meet targets across all security domains and helps organize project approaches and teams for client delivery. You will be a role model for practitioners in the practice.
Your Responsibilities include working closely and directly with account executives and clients to identify opportunities
Develop and execute aggressive practice growth plans
Provide strategic short- & long-term practice thought leadership around offerings and asset development
Pursue and cultivate strong relationships with client decision makers and influence client buying behaviors
Drive revenue to meet targets for your accounts and industry segment/s
Provide practice leadership by facilitating a community of like-minded practitioners to share and exchange ideas for practice growth and improvement
Help organize project approaches and teams for client delivery
Participate in project delivery, to varying degrees depending on project complexity
Help resolve project issues as they arise

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Sound knowledge of Supply chain
- Sound experience in management consulting services
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, and easily adapt to new assignments, system, tools; produce clear, concise, accurate written communication, clearly conveying thoughts and ideas to peers, management, and customers; establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management and customers
- Ability to develop strategies and tactics that will win business, including teaming arrangement, alliances, subcontractors, competitive strategies, tactics and responses
- In-depth knowledge of the industry trends, directions and goals as well as competitive strategies
- In-depth working knowledge of the industry and an ability to market very complex IBM solutions, products and services that are specific to an industry.
- Experience working in projects related to one or more of the core Supply Chain domains
- Experience in the Industrial Market
- Experience working across diverse teams to facilitate solutions
