Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. As an Account Manager Associate, you will be part of the Google Sales Associate Program. Through this program, Google develops Sales Associates in specific product and business training and executive access/exposure over a fixed period of time. You will work in a team-focused environment, managing relationships with customers. You'll need to be focused, proactive, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and sales-focused to help expand the customer relationship. You will work on short-term assignments and have the opportunity to transition into a long-term role upon completion of the program. The available locations will vary based on open roles at the time.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the account management of direct customers.
  • Serve as a liaison with customers regarding product launches and advertising opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Report on business figures internally.
  • Provide campaign updates, troubleshoot customer challenges, and deliver customer training in all Google Ads tools.
