The Partnerships team at Facebook works with leading content creators, publishers, and businesses in entertainment, sports, news, gaming, commerce, mobile, and many other industries and technologies. In this role as a Technical Product Manager on the CSDT Team within Partner Engineering, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that stakeholders across the organization both technical and non-technical are equipped with the tools, systems, and data resources that they need to make impact for their partners.You will be a key leader focused specifically on the information architecture and product vision behind what we build. You will work directly with members of the team, as well as stakeholders from neighboring teams, to identify user needs and requirements for our products. In addition, you will be responsible for working across Partnerships to improve on our current end-to-end Systems (CRM, reporting & analytics interfaces, visualizations, UI/UX), by identifying and understanding issues experienced by the team, always with the focus on creating streamlined patterns to boost user efficiency and performance.The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented and have a passion for breaking down complex data and analytical style problems.
  • Create tools & products for a variety of strategic business initiatives, stakeholder goals, and user needs. Establish prioritized roadmaps and implement strategies for executing with teams cross-functionally to build products that will advance the organization’s productivity through data & analysis.
  • Audit data sets, visualizations, dashboards, and tools end-to-end.
  • Identify and prioritize key issues and opportunities for innovation.
  • Implement a user-centric design methodology, focusing on goal definition, design exploration, and idea refinement.
  • Communicate how users will interact with our data products through multi-step user flows, designs, and prototypes.
  • Foster design thinking within the Partnerships analytics organization, through workshops, design sprints, and ideation exercises.
  • 5+ years of experience, with a background in end-to-end product management, systems product design, and/or data analysis
  • 4+ years of experience working with enterprise analysis tools
  • 3+ years of experience building data & analytical reporting tools
  • Experience communicating with a variety of audiences
  • Experience prioritizing among demands
  • 5+ years background in Kanban or Scrum, and proven experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Product Design with a focus on Internal Tools, Analysis, and telling a story with Data
  • Desire to untangle complex, subtle problems
