Facebook’s IT Supply Chain is responsible for fulfilling all internal end user IT needs. We build integrated, scalable, and robust processes and systems to manage planning & inventory life cycle. We are currently looking for an experienced, insightful, individual to help define, build, manage and measure global asset management. The successful candidate must be forward-thinking with a strong ability to design and execute products that power the enterprise. You will play a key role in reimagining efficiency by shipping transformative products that serve diverse aspects of the enterprise.
Facebook is seeking an experienced Process innovator to focus on Internal Supply chain and Warehouse logistics processes. This person will be responsible for working closely with Operations leadership, Development teams and contract labor to help develop and implement consistent and scalable processes and analytics for greater consistency in global Logistics operations. This is a highly impactful position which requires excellent partnership, communication and collaboration skills and a natural inclination towards process optimization in complex environments. Experience with data analytics and project management necessary. The Process Development Team engineers and standardizes scalable solutions to Facebook's Assets logistics operations with the aim of enabling efficient growth with zero losses in traceability. We do this by collaborating, innovating and assisting our Operations teams at all life stages of Assets - Introduction, Warehousing, run-operations and decommissions.
  • Own, maintain and drive efficiency in multiple process within the Logistics Operations
  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, process Industry, SC/Warehousing
  • Experience managing cross functional collaborations
  • Experience managing direct or indirect reports
  • Experience with Technical content, engineering systems
  • Undergraduate education in Industrial Engineering, SC management or equivalent
