At Facebook, we’re developing the future of AR/VR displays. As a Process Integration Engineer you will support our technology transfer from our development partner sites to our ramp partner. You will be responsible for documentation, change control processes, and new route requests. Furthermore this role will include overseeing and streamlining yield and reliability improvements by following industry standard approaches, i.e. 8D, FMEA, Transfer Gap analysis and more.
  • Supporting the transfer of Facebook’s LED development processes from partner facilities to our ramp-up line
  • Working with internal and external partners to specify, install and ramp materials, processes and production systems
  • Improving the maturity of our development process while continuously improving our overall Yield
  • Taking ownership of system level documentation and release processes
  • Working with the research team to design and implement procedure for reliability assessment
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Nano materials or related subject
  • 5+ years of experience and understanding in quality or yield of at least one of Front End of Line, Back End of Line or Back End semiconductor processes
  • 5+ years of experience in statistical process control (SPC), design of experiments (DOE), problem solving methods like 8D, process metrology, failure analysis, yield and reliability improvement
  • Wide knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, metrology and process control
  • Background in quality and product transfer
  • Experience with test, yield improvement and reliability methods
