Facebook seeks a Partner Solutions Manager to help our most advanced advertisers solve their business challenges with the solutions offered by our Facebook Business Partners (FBPs). This is a leadership role that charts our Partner agenda to support businesses. The individual will be part of the Global Marketing Solutions (GMS) organization, and work closely with sales leadership, clients, agencies and our FBPs, providing deep product insight and ongoing consultative support to unlock value on our platform, through scale, automation and creative solutions. The role requires working in close collaboration with multiple internal teams and external partners, including the GMS Partnerships team at both a regional and global level. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising and adtech industry solutions, and client-facing experience in solutions or sales. You should be a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth through digital solutions, an organization builder who can build the ecosystem for long term growth and execute rapidly, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position reports to the Head of Global Marketing Solutions, India.
  • Provide the right partner capabilities to Client facing teams, with the objective of driving real and measurable outcomes for clients through the partner ecosystem
  • Identify and translate market opportunities to help build a dynamic, innovative developer Partner ecosystem and assist partners in market entry strategies
  • Drive product and partner tools adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing Facebook business partner products
  • Prospect and recruit new Partners to the program to help grow a dynamic, innovative partner ecosystem
  • Liaise with the Partner Program Management team across Facebook globally on building scaled approaches and processes to in-market activity and communication
  • Work with Business Ops to set goals, actively measure impact of initiatives and ensure alignment with broader business teams
  • Work closely with our Product team on the Product vision and roadmap
  • prioritize and structure partnerships based on Product roadmap
  • 12 years+ of client-facing &/or partner-facing experience in digital marketing, consultancy or partner management
  • Experience in influencing stakeholders at executive levels
  • Project management and quantitative/analytical experience
  • Experience working cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally
  • Knowledge of Facebook products, technology, and online marketing
  • Understanding of the India market, especially in the areas of Adtech and Martech etc
  • Experience in Adtech and Digital marketing, preferably in ecommerce, travel or other performance marketing oriented industries
  • Experience in enterprise partnerships/ channel partnerships teams
