Facebook Marketing Partners are third party companies that help advertisers succeed on Facebook and Instagram by building software solutions on our Business and Marketing APIs. The North America Partner Marketing Lead will build marketing programs that deliver impact at scale via these third party companies. This person will develop the outbound marketing strategy to connect our clients with the Facebook solutions or external Facebook Marketing Partners that can support their continued digital transformation. This person will also execute the marketing strategy, including synthesizing & simplifying a complex set of solutions, inspiring leading marketers, and bringing transparency to Facebook’s approach to driving business growth. This person will collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Communications, Legal, Product and Global and Regional Marketing counterparts to create marketing narratives, messaging, virtual events, collateral, digital communication and more to both equip partners and drive adoption of their solutions. This person will have a customer-centric mindset and be a strategic thinker, a storyteller and a proactive self-starter.
  • Develop the outbound marketing strategy, messaging, activation and materials that inspire and educate North America businesses about Facebook or partner-driven business solutions
  • Develop and execute Partner marketing activations for North America, from stakeholder engagement to execution across key priorities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Global Partner Marketing, Business Partnerships, Business Marketing, Sales, and PR, to advance goals
  • Create and/or scale compelling, integrated marketing content (e.g., industry POVs, messaging, presentations, guides, videos, websites)
  • 6+ years of experience in product or multi-channel marketing
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising industry landscape
  • Experience synthesizing complex product features and client needs into simple, powerful stories
  • Experience handling a rapid, ambiguous and high-pressure environment
  • Proven project management experience and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated experience using data to inform decision making & improve results
  • Experience communicating, influencing and collaborating across multiple teams
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism or similar
