Platform Process team within Facebook Community Operations plays a critical role in scaling integrity tools and experiences by implementing platform-level solutions across Global Operations. The team partners closely with product, engineering, data analytics and global ops teams and executes on the adoption of existing platform and systems as well as identifying new technologies that create an efficient and scalable workforce experience. This role is for a manager to lead our Review Experience Platform Process vertical within Trust and Safety.
  • Lead a team of System Project Managers and work with cross-functional partners (Product Management, Engineering, Policy and other Operations teams) to scope and execute technology projects.
  • Experience in leading both individual contributors as well as individually leading projects
  • Establish engagement and support framework to effectively enable team to execute.
  • Establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to a team of project managers.
  • Work with a global management team to deliver cohesive and coordinated development strategies.
  • Be prepared to directly manage large projects and coordinate across all stakeholders as needed to ensure the right execution, communication and resources are in place to deliver on key milestones.
  • A resilient self-starter who is eager to learn, and have experience in defining and executing on strategies.
  • 7+ years of experience working in large-scale operations, domains such as online operations, informational systems, management consulting, process improvements
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Demonstrated experience influencing across functional boundaries and/or globally— ideally in technology transformation/implementation.
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience
  • MBA or Master’s Degree
  • Program management and process-improvement expertise
  • Previous experience with SaaS / CRM / Desktop Tools / Automation
