Creative Strategists embrace the opportunity to use our whole stack of creative canvases and technologies to engage communities of people with richly crafted storytelling and experiences, delivered on the channels that matter most to our audiences.As a Creative Strategist you’ll leverage your strategic and creative thinking to bring ideas to life across the entire family of Facebook apps and services (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Oculus, etc.). You’ll partner with world class clients, creative agencies and internal partners to create work that has not only business impact for our clients but can inspire the entire industry.
  • Technology and innovation visionary who can continually inspire our clients and the creative/tech industry by creating or co-creating game-changing people-first ideas that transform business and shape the future of advertising and the Metaverse
  • Build partnerships and develop trusting and effective relationships with top clients and internal leads that enables us to uncover the most important creative opportunities
  • Identify the industries biggest challenges and build provocative solutions that enable teams to ship work and transform industries
  • Act as a generous team player who can roll up sleeves in flat creative organization to drive success end-to-end with highly talented peers — insights, strategy, concept, executions, pitch, production
  • Uncover brand and consumer insights to inform creative direction and help businesses connect with people in meaningful ways
  • Develop holistic Facebook solutions (including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp) that drive the key business goals of our top clients
  • Possess a strong passion for understanding people and deep desire to uncover new consumer behavior across various industries and platforms
  • 8+ years of experience as an Art Director or Copywriter in brand marketing/advertising focused on technology space
  • Experience in brand marketing, innovation, and media communication
  • Experience developing strategically grounded, insight-driven, people first creative applied across mobile, digital and emerging mediums
  • Experience translating data into meaningful insights that inform creative decisions
  • Experience bringing an idea to life on a white board or in a presentation
  • Experience influencing C-level clients
  • Mobile first mindset and experience producing in the mobile first space
  • Knowledge of the Facebook and Instagram platforms and portfolio of products
