Process Improvement: Actively promote and enable consistent engineering processes and Agile practices, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and self reflection. Focus on consistency across and between teams that promotes alignment and collaboration throughout the organization.
Strategic Planning and Operations: Organize and coordinate the team’s planning and goal setting processes, enabling the organization to meet the company wide guidelines and timelines. Help leadership align priorities across the org to create more significant impact.
