Ads Insights Experience group within eBay Advertising is building out best in class scalable Ads Insights Experience Platform. It caters to key needs of our customers around seller guidance, pricing intelligence and actionable insights on performance and delivery of advertising products. Role Description / Key Responsibilities
Articulate, define and own the product roadmap for the Ads Insights Experience across markets
Work at the intersection of customer experience and best in class Reporting & Insights Platform
Build new insights products that drive rapid adoption and growth of Ads products and revenue.
Create actionable insights experiences that enable sellers to understand and further increase performance of their advertising and promotional campaigns
Define key objectives, metrics and success criteria to guide and prioritize Insights products
Partner with engineering, design, analytics, voice of customer, and partner domain teams to document, implement, and validate your insights products
Articulate and present early product concepts to full launch plans to Ads teams and executives.
5+ Years of Product Management experience with 2+ in user experience driven products.
Proven track record of driving from ideation to launch of impactful data insights products
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence across functions.
Effective in data driven decision making, strong bias for action and "get it done" attitude.
Strong problem solving analytical skills, comfort with navigating ambiguity and making tradeoffs
Bachelor’s degree, MS/MBA preferred (but not necessary).
Data analysis skills on Python, SQL to be able to pull ad-hoc product analytics on reporting tools.
Deeper experience in advertising platforms and products, reporting tools, and data visualization
Knowledge of the digital advertising and e-commerce ecosystem
