We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte India (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job’ with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.
We would like to clarify that:
At Deloitte, ethics and integrity are fundamental and not negotiable.
We are against corruption and neither offer bribes nor accept them, nor induce or permit any other party to make or receive bribes on our behalf.
We have not authorised any party or person to collect any money from jobseekers in any form whatsoever for promises of getting jobs in Deloitte.

Survey Insights-Senior Analyst
People Analytics & Reporting collaborates across Talent and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change. Our teams provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuels the business.
The Survey Insights Team manages survey strategy, governance, design, administration, and analysis across Talent to maximize insight around the customer and employee voice.
We’re looking for a Survey Insights Senior Analyst to support surveys, polls, and other employee sensing methods to capture the collective thoughts, feelings, concerns, and actions of our people.
Work you’ll do
Design, program, and test surveys, polls, and other data collection methods
Coordinate, monitor, support clients, troubleshoot and resolve issues during data collection
Clean, validate, and structure complex data sets for analysis and distribution
Develop and maintain rigorous quality control standards, processes, and documentation
Utilize multiple reporting tools and methods to summarize and visualize data, and generate insights
Consult with Learning Program Managers and Delivery Specialists to structure and program learning evaluation surveys
Setup and administer course feedback and evaluation surveys, and provide client support
Audit and maintain learning system and MTM system integration components
Graduation / Post Graduation – MBA preferred
3-5 years of applied experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting (preferably with people data)
Advanced MS-Excel skills (strong understanding of excel formulas and functions)
Experience with data management and analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SPSS
Experience with survey building/reporting tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Deloitte Survey Tool)
Ability to interact with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, assess complexity and determine timelines
Project management experience, ability to work on multiple projects and coordinate the work of other analysts.
Attention to detail to ensure high quality deliverables
Strong written and verbal communication skills
