E&A Business Integration Program Analyst or Consultant

Work You'll Do
Ecosystems & Alliances is looking for an emerging leader to join our Business Integration team and support a program to drive alliance strategy development across Offering Portfolios / Offerings, Industries / Sectors, and Accounts. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about how we market and sell Deloitte services alongside our Alliance partners (e.g., Snowflake, SAP, Google Cloud, AWS...).
E&A Leaders Program
  • Engage with the community of OP/Offering and Industry/Sector E&A Leaders (i.e., named/goaled PMDs)
  • Support development of an E&A Leader Toolkit and on-boarding package, incl. dashboards, resources, tools/templates

OP/Offering, Industry/Sector, and Account E&A Strategy
  • Support development of tools and accelerators (e.g., E&A Strategy Playbooks, Maturity Scorecards)
  • Support refinement of Account E&A Strategy lab materials in conjunction with Greenhouse (incl. playbooks, facilitator guides, templates)
  • Support Account E&A Strategy Virtual Workshops with various Account teams
  • Support a community of engaged E&A Account Leaders
  • Identify opportunities to educate Account teams on the value of Alliances throughout their journey, in conjunction with broader E&A and Commercial teams

Influence within E&A and beyond
  • Facilitate coordination between E&A Leaders and Alliance teams
  • Champion broader organizational fluency and successful leverage of alliance relationships throughout Consulting at large
  • Learn and maintain excellent understanding of - and relationship with - Marketing, Sales, and Client Excellence to advance team charter
  • Engage with counterparts in Advisory and Tax, when needed

Operations & Project Management
  • Leverage Teams to manage team priorities and participate in daily sprint calls
  • Onboard rotational resources as needed
  • Execute on a wide variety of quantitative/qualitative ad-hoc project requests
  • Maintain E&A Leader information across DNet and other internal resources

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ Years of experience
  • Expert in Microsoft applications (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Success and comfort operating in an unstructured environment and leading through ambiguity
  • Strong executive presence and persuasive presentation skills that drive strategic discussion and clear action-oriented outcomes
  • Ability to think strategically, while staying focused on monitoring the progress of action items and bringing them to conclusion within appropriate time frames

  • Alliance management experience or equivalent experience working with vendors
  • Experience translating technical information into business and sales opportunities
  • Experience working in or with System Integrators, such as Deloitte
