The team
Strategy
Our Strategy practice brings together several key capabilities that will allow us to architect integrated programs that transform our clients' businesses, including Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Technology Strategy & Insights, Enterprise Model Design, Enterprise Cloud Strategy and Business Transformation.
Strategy professionals will serve as trusted advisors to our clients, working with them to make clear data-driven choices about where to play and how to win, in order to drive growth and enterprise value.
Work you will do with our clients:
  • Serve as an integrator between human needs, organizational value, and technology to improve existing and define new service models
  • Conduct research to inform strategy
  • Contribute to codification of S&A GPS' strategic design approach and methodology
  • Assist in proposal development
  • Developing and own compelling artifacts which bring clarity to complexity
  • Work closely with both internal, cross-functional teams and external clients on projects of varying length and complexity

Qualifications
Required:
  • 4+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
  • Prior federal consulting experience
  • Ability to build a project plan to execute tech transformation to include any of the following: service blueprinting, business design, service design, product design, product strategy, product management.
  • Experience with general computing applications and specialized design tools ranging from MS office through Adobe CC, envision, Figma, etc.
  • knowledge of data fundamentals and infographics

Preferred:
  • Prior experience working with solution teams to ensure translation of service models into end-to-end enterprise-scale services
  • Experience with front-end prototyping languages, including, but not limited to HTML, CSS, JS
  • Experience defining omnichannel service platforms
