We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte India (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job’ with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.
We would like to clarify that:
At Deloitte, ethics and integrity are fundamental and not negotiable.
We are against corruption and neither offer bribes nor accept them, nor induce or permit any other party to make or receive bribes on our behalf.
We have not authorised any party or person to collect any money from jobseekers in any form whatsoever for promises of getting jobs in Deloitte.

Provides end-to-end support around database management, data visualization, data science, data reporting and technology development
Generate insights out of data and provide actionable recommendations to business
Provide dedicated support to manage integrity of processes, tools, and databases
Work you’ll do
As a senior Analyst you’ll use your technical program and project management skills to:
Identify gaps across meta data
Analyze data to provide meaningful insights and drive data issues to resolution
Identify opportunities to improve data quality alignment across CRM databases
Ensures leads are passed from marketing automation system (Eloqua) to CRM
Monitor data integrity and maintain consistency across different systems
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports and insights
Ensure recurring and ad-hoc reports are delivered as per schedule with utmost quality
Ensure SLAs are met while constantly striving for shorter response rates
Present data and reports in an easy to read and comprehensible manner, bringing elements of design and automation which complement the Client’s objectives
Works with Sales teams on non-Marketing supported campaigns
Review reports to ensure data accuracy
Process and Project Management
Continue to innovate and bring incremental process improvements wherever possible
Ability to configure Workfront standard and custom objects as per user requirement
Strong team player and ability handle various ambiguities with a team
Support ongoing reviews of business processes and conduct user interviews to understand what’s working/what’s not and chart the evolution of our programs
Continue to develop skills and capabilities to stay relevant to the needs of the team and clients
Automate creation and delivery of existing reports and new reports to increase efficiency and accuracy
Establishes Data Management standards, procedures and best practices while cleansing, updating, uploading, or mapping data across CRM tool
Closely coordinate with System Admins (Adobe Workfront), US stakeholders, and Internal Technology Services professionals in configuring and implementing proposed solutions
Support multiple cross-functional teams to deliver their objectives in fast-paced and complex programs and projects
Partner with the stakeholders to ensure requirements are optimized and implemented efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with business objectives
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Master’s degree not mandatory
Experience with Adobe Workfront preferred, but not mandatory
System administration or backend management of a tool. Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo, AEM, Wrike, Jira, etc. are all relevant if the person has managed the backend of the system
3 to 6 years’ experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, quality, team, and people.
Knowledge of Salesforce will be a preferred skill
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access
Basic knowledge on ETL tools like Alteryx
1+ years’ experience in analytical, quantitative, written, and verbal communication, and presentation skills needed
Ability to be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible
