What you’ll achieve
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team to deliver exceptional services to a broad range of customers. You will act as the subject matter expert in Workforce Transformation – on a technical and a strategic level. You will lead Workforce Transformation engagements to accelerate the customer’s transformation journey by positioning Dell Technologies solutions and services capabilities.
This role is ideal for someone with a unique blend of technical expertise, operational excellence, leadership skillset and business acumen as well as with strong prioritization, facilitation, and communication skills.
Be responsible for analysing and translating the customer’s business requirements into custom services solutions to meet customer objectives.
Create deliverables, responses and Statements of Work based on Dell Services and the Solution requirements.
Follow all organizational standard operating procedures relative to cost modelling, reviews / approvals, documentation, deliverables, and all other associated workflows.
Participate or lead in customer presentations at the senior leadership level or higher.

Experience in end user and workforce transformation including Modern Provisioning, Configuration Manager, Windows 10, data migration, VDI, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Workspace ONE, Horizon, Autopilot and integration into existing IT environments, being proficient in multiple service areas and technologies.
Experience in constructing services solutions (scope services, assemble effort estimates, plan programs and work packages), for end user, workforce transformation and managed services (aaS).
Thorough understanding of a services P&L and cash flow development (including business impact), risk analysis and commercial models such as Fixed Price, Time & Materials, and incorporation of 3rd party contracts.
Advisory skills, including methods, tools, and techniques to apply within an IT transformation context.
Strong executive presence and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) with a proven track record.
Experience leading cross functional teams and multi-geographical locations to develop complex services solutions
8+ years of technical Services pre-sales and architecture experience for large enterprises.
ITIL Certification or working knowledge of ITIL service management, Program Management and/or Consulting experience, PMP
