Senior Specialist, Order Management (French Speaker)
It’s not just our products that break the mold. The way we fulfil orders to our customers does too. Our Order Management & Customer care team takes charge of the end-to-end order management and processing of products, services and solutions received via sales staff and direct customers. We verify and review the accuracy of online and offline orders as well as the DPS’s and determine the appropriate method of serving our customers to support the needs of the business.

What you’ll achieve
As an Order Management Specialist, you will support the end-to-end order management process as well as customer care while being responsible for documentation of policy and procedures, reporting and research. You will work with internal and external customers to process and verify the accuracy of orders requested by customers in multiple functions of Dell CFS
You will:
  • 100% Attention to Detail needed to play a role of a Quality Analyst
  • Focus on work, such as PO vs Orders booked auditing the process and sharing the results with the team
  • Making sure, the OP and Sales adhere to the PO Policy
  • Coordinate, conduct and document order management projects
  • Deliver solutions and improvements through projects to generate efficiencies in sales operations process
  • Generate reports and recommendations based upon analysis and present data to leadership
  • Build relationship with other departments, customers and third parties to obtain information for analysis
  • Work with multi-functional teams to drive velocity, backlog management and frictionless rate

Essential Requirements
  • Must be good at communication and fluent in French, English, Arabic & highly preferable talent with Any other European language experts
  • Attention to detail & High concentration, must have ability and passion to do more
  • 2-3 years of experience in order management & customer care process including understanding of order processes, systems configurations, and documentation
  • Ability to communicate clearly and multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capability to prioritize workload and high volumes
  • Highly concentration towards the tasks assigned

Desirable Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
