Location: Remote - TX

Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities, and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Project Program Management Consultant, you will be a key leader and enabler of our ongoing digital transformation strategy and continuous business optimization efforts.
You will:

  • Work with leadership to provide program/project portfolio governance and support to ensure project alignment with strategic business initiatives. Help to identify and prioritize resources and budgetary requirements to deliver team project goals on schedule

  • Enable project management systems, processes, and methodologies to effectively support and deliver the program/project portfolio

  • Lead global cross-functional teams on large complex projects to deliver desired business outcomes in Services Supply Chain

  • Partner with business owners and technology resources to implement end to end solutions to drive process simplification and automation to increase agility and efficiencies

  • Enable and support new services capabilities to drive revenue growth and improve customer experience

Essential Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated results in defining, planning, and implementing Business/Process Transformation that have delivered measurable results with a Bachelor’s degree in related field ; or 12+ years and a Master’s degree (preferred)

  • Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, and Process Improvement

  • Solid track record in project management, proficiency with project management tools and understanding of project management framework and methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and OLP (Offer Lifecycle Process)

  • Strategic perspective, with ability simplify and distill complicated projects into clear objectives. Can shift readily between the "big picture" and the small-but-crucial details, knowing when to concentrate on each

  • Ability to influence others at all levels to achieve results without having direct authority

Desirable Requirements

  • Strong project management skills; PMP certification
