Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

What you’ll achieve
As a the eCommerce Senior Manger for Medium Business , you will be responsible for leading a team of eCommerce experts in driving sales enablement activities that will drive online performance with our Medium Business Segment.You will drive the end to end strategy and execution of the MB online business.
You will:

  • Develop online strategies that balance customers’ satisfaction and maximize sales performance, through data-driven sales enablement activities.

  • Will own the relationship with the Medium Business Sales team and ensure online is key part of their strategy and execution.

  • Lead a team of online business managers and marketers with focus in Medium Business

  • Drive capabilities, processes and activities that will generate more overall online sales with an emphasis on Self-Service

Essential Requirements

  • Experience driving sales enablement activities

  • Proven ability to influence sales leaders and executives

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive and influence change

  • Ability to work effectively with senior management

  • Possesses operational command of the business

  • Strong Communication Skills

  • Strategic planning abilities

  • Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup

Desirable Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Typically requires 4+ years managerial experience

  • Minimum 4-year college degree; Masters degree preferred
