What you’ll achieve
As the Senior Analyst, Experiential Marketing, you'll be responsible for development of creative, copywriting & editing, internal/external digital banners and sponsorship marketing and servicing in support of Dell Technologies global, flagship events.
You will:

  • Execute internal/external event digital banners from development to execution.

  • Sponsorship services for Dell Technologies World, annual flagship event. Everything from contracting, to invoicing, to booth selection to managing content deliverables, timeline tracking and proof of performance documentation, you’ll support sponsorship servicing end-to-end.

  • Support content development, from copywriting to editing to production. Facilitate conversations with stakeholders and agencies, track & organize master editorial calendar.

  • Ensure strong collaboration and strategic alignment with key stakeholders including Partner Marketing teams, Field Marketing, Communications, Social Business Teams, Sponsors and agencies.

Essential Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience in marketing, digital, program management, communications or writing

  • Basic understanding of digital & in-person events at a large scale

  • Ability to collect feedback and bring content direction back to production teams or agencies

  • Excellent organization, prioritization, planning, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to self-manage multiple deadlines and priorities

  • Ability to load balance competing priorities and stakeholders, multi-task and adapt quickly to meet evolving business needs

  • Solid communication, writing, editing, creative problem-solving and MS Office skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Special skills: Invoicing / contract tool management, copy writing, relationship building
