Job Description
As a Technical Program Manager Senior Analyst, you will plan, drive and coordinate both long term projects as well as daily activities of large scale IT and infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for cross-functional communications and coordination across multiple functions and departments as well as daily and weekly updates to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement the entire lifecycle of deliveries and full scale projects plans for infrastructure and hardware changes in labs according to the product roadmap and R&D requirements.
  • Set project milestones and resource requirements; plan and schedule project timelines.
  • Plan, manage and monitor projects’ risks.
  • Provide weekly updates to stakeholders.
  • Communicate with and drive the execution of cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve the goals

Desired Skills & Experience
  • B.Sc./B.A. degree in engineering, business or related disciplines – an advantage
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Project/Program Manger
  • Experience working on a matrix environment driving cross-functional projects
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and global environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with data centers, high end and enterprise level hardware and related technologies.
