What you’ll achieve
As a Services Project/Program Management Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Configuration Services Global Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure customer happiness to achieve a great Total Customer Experience (TCE).This position will require learning and working with a number of tools/applications: Dell Order Management System (DOMS), Dellstar, Global Process Tools (GPT), Order Fulfillment System (OFS), Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI), Project Engineering Tools (PET), File Management Tool (FMT), MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Excel, FMPRO, GOV, Boss, Yoda, Harmony, Logistic Carrier Sites, DSA, Omega, Delta, Mintel.
You will:
Receive, process and complete complex requests from the Global Project Management team in support of “ProDeploy For Client” (PDC) projects.Organize and track project tasks related to the setup of project specific orders, SKU’s, part numbers and system configurations.Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the PDC PMO, offering guidance and direction regarding all aspects of Project Support from Intake to Engineering. Make management aware of potential issues or customer escalations and provide updates on performance.Optimally coordinate cross functional project teams.Be the point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement
  • Operational augmentation for Configuration Services Project Managers
  • Review customer provided documentation and establish a project profile within the Global Process Tools (GPT) and submit projects to the engineering team
  • Monitor the progression of all projects submitted to engineering
  • Notify the PM of any issue(s) that may occur and assist with resolving the matter
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Project Manager(PM) and Project Engineer (PE) while the project is going through the engineering process

Essential Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years of related experience
  • Strong technical aptitude and customer service skills
  • Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and new technologies
  • Organizational and prioritization skills

  • Desirable Requirements
  • 3+ years hands-on experience in technical project management, sales or in similar capacity
  • Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred.
