What you’ll achieve
The Digital Center of Excellence (COE) in Global Marketing is a rapidly growing and newly formed team in Dell Technologies Marketing. We are focused accelerating the evolution in Web and Marketing Web Technologies, taking friction out of the Contact experience, evolving our Digital Marketing & Advertising to a privacy-by-design future, and incubating new Digital-first ideas and capabilities.
As our Social and Emerging Digital Marketing Technologies lead, you will play a dual role: Firstly - You’ll work with Field Marketing, Social Media, and Technology teams to incorporate and leverage Social data for Marketing and Sales use cases. Secondly – You’ll explore and incubate new Voice and Audio platforms and other emerging marketing technologies.
Define use cases for leveraging Social / Sprinklr data for Sales and Marketing outcomes
Define Marketing use cases for new Voice and Audio technologies in partnership with Field Marketing and other teams
Define projects to execute on your use cases, define KPIs, bring stakeholders together to align on plans, lead execution
Define the Digital COE point of view and represent thought leadership on Social Data integration, Video & Audio, and other emerging Marketing Technologies
