Senior Advisor as-a-Service Sales Enablement Content Developer

Partnering with the Content Strategy lead, this role will design, develop and maintain new and modern, multi-faceted enablement content to support our transformation to an as-a-Service model – known here as Project APEX. APEX is the future of how Dell Technologies will go to market. It unites our cloud strategy, offerings, and commercialization under a single effort to deliver a radically simplified end-to-end experience to our customers; and it’s all from one trusted partner, unmatched in the industry. What you’ll achieve
You will develop APEX portfolio marketing and sales enablement, reporting to the Senior Director of Global Sales Enablement. The team experience will be unique – a start-up venture within an established organization, helping to transform the ways we go to market and the ways we collaborate as an organization to drive adoption of our services. There will be ambiguity, there will be challenges, and we can guarantee you there will be fun.
You will:
  • Assist and/or own the design, development, management and curation of sales enablement content and tools for multiple initiatives
  • Ideate and create sophisticated, relevant, cutting edge sales enablement and gamification content that drives engagement with our as-a-Service portfolio
  • Engage with subject matter experts, internal and external collaborators and cross-functional stakeholders to develop storylines, clarify enablement objectives, obtain feedback, and iterate on content development work
  • Build and deliver storytelling-based content that drives learning and sales related behaviors, attitudes, and/or experiences
  • Partner with content strategy lead to measure and adjust content ensuring relevancy and amplification effectiveness with our audiences

Essential Requirements
  • 8+ years of proven experience in content development, sales enablement or equivalent experience in learning & development, communications or writing
  • Ability to work on a content management sharing platforms
  • Ability to create simple, relevant and memorable stories, content and user experiences in all mediums (presentation, video, e-learning, print, web, gaming, or mobile)
  • Knowledge and experience with adult learning methodologies, gamification, and cutting-edge content techniques and technology
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, grammar, spelling, and punctuation

Desirable Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in the cloud, as-a-Service, and/or financial services markets
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other relevant credential in project or product subject areas
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines
