Risk and OPS Management Advisor – I7

This position is in the Finance Global Audit and Transformation function. The Dell Global Audit & Transformation (GAT) organization manages, among other areas, the Company’s enterprise risks management (ERM) program and internal audit operations support functions. You will be an expert in the process, work independently and advise internal stakeholders - making a profound social impact as a Risk and OPS Management Advisor on our Finance team.
What you’ll achieve
As a Risk and OPS Management Advisor, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and executing the ERM program to assist the company in effectively managing its risks and demonstrating an industry leading program and approach using exceptional leadership skills, network of internal alliances and highly developed business skills.
Develop and implement best practices for identifying the Company’s most significant enterprise risk; including emerging risks.
Assist in driving the Company’s annual enterprise risk assessment
Work with our audit teams and audit OPS support teams to incorporate audit related risk attributes (audits, findings, management action plans, etc.) into the overall ERM program.
Partner with our risk management partners embedded in the business (2nd Line of Defense) to further develop and mature their risk management practices and alignment with the Company’s ERM program.
Partner with our GAT eGRC function to identify and develop RSA Archer risk management reporting
Partner with our Risks Intelligent Analytics team to develop an external and internal emerging risk sensing/identification capability.
Collaborate with 2nd Line of Defense groups and eGRC to develop key risk indicators (KRI’s)
Collaborate with various control and compliance organization to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Other duties as assigned
5 – 8 years of internal audit and/or enterprise risk management
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting/Business Information Systems Business Management, Information Security, or related discipline
Proven experience in risk management utilizing established industry frameworks, such as ISO 31000 and COSO Enterprise Risk Management – Integrated Framework
Industry certification such as: Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Management Accountant, or other risk management related certifications.
Experience working with one of the ‘Big Four’ auditing/consulting firms is a plus
