What you’ll achieve
As a Principal Product Designer, you will actively partner with Product and Engineering teams to strategize experiences aligned to business goals. You will cultivate an environment of sustained creativity and professional growth. You will play the role of a player-coach for your design team.
Design layouts and key interactions
Design and contribute components to the Live Style Guide (Figma and Adobe XD)
Collaborate in stand-ups, retros, and working sessions.
Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions
Daily pairing with engineers, POs, business partners

5+ years Enterprise level digital product design with Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience)
Able to apply empathy-first and a “yes, and..” mindset to get stuff done.
Knowledgeable in data-driven design and human centered design
Background working with developers and product managers
Defining problems and objectives through data, research, and understanding of customers, and letting those objectives inform elegant, practical solutions
Must include an online or PDF portfolio with their application.
