What you’ll achieve
As the North America Field Experiential Events Senior Manager Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in the Dell Technologies Experiential Team by overseeing an Experiential Event team and arming the marketing and sales teams with the information needed to drive leads and account engagement across the segments. You'll oversee and optimize an experiential event team focused on field events in North America working closely with our stakeholders to develop and implement events which deliver tangible results such as pipeline, revenue conversion and world-class events experience.
Manage an Experiential Event team focused on execution of segment events both virtual and in-person. This includes the process for stakeholders to request event support, assignment of event team members and assuring events are delivered at highest caliber of execution
Build critical relationships with segment stakeholders to ensure development and understanding of key goals and objectives across all segments, and ensure the segment Experiential Event team assigned to events achieves results
Identify synergies when looking at big picture events across segments and establish/recommend processes to optimize, concepting and execution, agency efficiencies, warehouse process, etc
Develop process for reporting key metrics on regular cadence to segment stakeholders and leadership on overall event performance. Ensuring future event decisions are made with key metrics information from previous events held to ensure best business results and outcomes
Own relationships with contractors and event agencies - this includes PO's and funding budgets each quarter for agency and contractor support
